Flex-a-Bed is the only manufacturer of electrically adjustable beds that distributes direct from the factory. Flex-a-Bed is also the only manufacturer that produces their own mattress, which means you have only one warranty for your entire product.
Our warranty does not cover any product damaged in shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the delivered goods upon their arrival. If any damages are found, report it immediately to the Customer Service Department at Jameson Medical, Inc. AND the carrier. The carrier is responsible for repairing or replacing the damaged product. Failure to report these damages upon delivery mayd result in a loss of claim rights to the customer. CREDIT/RETURNS: Any return must be pre-approved and assigned a Return Authorization # from Jameson Medical, Inc. The Customer will be responsible for all freight charges when returning product. Restock Fee is 30% plus all freight costs for standard items. Custom, used or altered items may not be returned. Jameson Medical, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return after 30 days. FREIGHT DAMAGE: All items are packaged very carefully to minimize the potential of freight damage. The carrier who delivers your new merchandise is responsible for any loss and damages. Acceptance of any shipment by you is acknowledgement that all of the items were delivered in good condition. Therefore, any and all claims for loss or damage must be filed immediately with the appropriate "FREIGHT CARRIER." Please notify Jameson Medical, Inc. of any claim so we may document our internal records. When receiving a damaged shipment, always note any (visible) damage on the delivery ticket. Keep a copy for your records. |
